To
design and deliver the most unique, powerful and insightful
three-dimensional learning programs possible, so that we
might have a dramatic and measurable impact on of all those
who cross our path.
The
intense challenges and rapid changes facing today’s workforce
place a greater premium on personal and professional growth
than ever before. Executive Development Concepts brings a
revolutionary new method of learning to the classroom or
training facility, utilizing highly skilled professional
actors and unique role-play scenarios to create three-dimensional
case studies in all areas of leadership development. Students
from all organizational levels interactively participate
in difficult, real-life, real-time scenarios, creating a
live virtual laboratory of problem-solving processes across
a wide range of leadership areas. These unique, exciting,
and thought-provoking ‘hands-on’ workshops are carefully
designed to develop specific and critical leadership skills
and to help identify new capabilities for powerful interpersonal
effectiveness. Executive Development Concepts is proud to
have pioneered the very first “three-dimensional learning”
classroom experience.
EDC
Modules effectively create, within every student, the desire
to comprehend, to understand, and to take massive, measurable
action. And because such change activities require emotional
strength, each module serves as a confidence-building exercise
for every student who participates, either interactively
or as an observer. Each module introduction and debrief includes
a challenging conversation about the desire to change not
only ourselves, but also the assumptions and processes surrounding
us. Then, through the work of extraordinary improvisational
actors and compelling interactive role-plays, these opportunities
for change spring powerfully into life.
All
EDC learning points, strategies, principles and techniques
are derived from, and intended for, real-life situations. The
interactive cases, simulations and role-plays help students
become more highly skilled in specific problem-solving areas,
and therefore more comfortable in applying these new strategies
“on-the-job”. By witnessing and participating in the real-life
struggles of specific business situations in real time, we
better cultivate the capacity to both solve problems and to
lead in real time.
